Rates:

Rates vary depending on season, number of people, and/or holidays. Two night minimum. (Holiday weekends- three night minimum)
Weekdays $125 per night. Weekends and holidays $150 per night.
Additional charge for more than two people.
Rates include all taxes and fees (including cleaning). No additional charges except pet fees.
Visa and mastercard accepted

From highway s 321 and 105 in Boone go two miles on 321 toward Blowing Rock and turn right onto Payne Branch Rd. Go approximately 1.1 miles to cottage at 1274 Payne Branch Rd. (on right)

From Blowing Rock follow highway 321 toward Boone for approximately six miles and turn left onto Payne Branch Rd. Go approximately 1.1 miles to cottage at 1274 Payne Branch Rd. (on right)
